Established in 1949, Mooloolaba Real Estate is one of the oldest and best-known names in Real Estate on the Sunshine Coast. Services include Residential Sales and Property Management. The Commercial arm of the business, Lucas Commercial, handles Commercial Sales and Leasing, the Sale of Management Rights and Commercial Property Management and Holiday Mooloolaba, established in 1995, is the market leader in the management of Holiday Units and Houses.
The Residential Team is the market leader and is the premier agency for House and Unit / Apartment sales in various locations on the Sunshine Coast including Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore, Buderim, Kuluin, Buddina, Kawana Waters and Currimundi.
Our Residential Sales Team comprises of an award winning Sunshine Coast auctioneer, Justice of the Peace as well as the largest and most experienced team on the Coast. All of our sales staff has a Linkedin profile to allow our potential clients to fully appreciate their in-depth experience and professionalism.
The Residential Property Management Team, headed by Ray Backrack, manages over 400 Residential and Commercial properties with a value of over $160 Million. We manage properties in most of the Sunshine Coast Centres including Mooloolaba, Buderim, Alexandra Headland and Maroochydore. Through consistent marketing and management of a database of quality tenants we continue to achieve the lowest vacancy rate in the Industry (based on Real Estate Institute of Queensland statistics).
Our Holiday Management team, led by Belinda Catley, is the largest and most respected Holiday Asset Management businesses on the Sunshine Coast. Holiday Mooloolaba has increased occupancy levels and returns for our Unit owners by over 34% since we acquired the Business from Stella Resorts in 2008. We manage various Units / Apartments and Houses in locations such as Mooloolaba, Buderim and Alexandra Headland.
We offer our clients fantastic exposure for their property through our two Mooloolaba Office locations, on the busy Esplanade and Brisbane Road. We have invested in the latest technology including five prominent LCD displays that have up to date listings 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we are listing on various social media platforms including face book, you tube and Linkedin.
